Dr. Junghardt is very experienced with relief projects: He spent 6 months in Gujarat (India) and has visited Acapulco (Mexico) several times.
Where Togo (Africa) differs is in the shocking and utter lack of any own production. India and Mexico now produce medical products themselves.
